1. Services

Tru Automotive provides automotive customization and performance services, including (but not limited to) suspension tuning, lift kit installation, shock rebuilding, and aftermarket part installations. All services are performed by trained technicians at our shop located at:

2. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Tru Automotive. These messages may include service updates, appointment reminders, promotions, and important announcements. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message.

3. Appointment Policy

All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. A valid form of identification and vehicle registration may be required for verification purposes. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request at least 24 hours' notice.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment for all services is due at the time of completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards and cash. Custom orders, special parts, or labor-intensive services may require a deposit. Refunds for labor are not provided once service work has been initiated. Any issues must be reported within 7 days for review.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

While Tru Automotive strives to deliver high-quality service, we provide no warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer of installed parts. We are not liable for incidental damage caused by aftermarket parts or modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tru Automotive is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse, improper installation outside of our facility, or customer modifications. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your information, including your phone number and email.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
