Enhance your Lexus GX550’s off-road capability and style with the Dissent Off-Road High Clearance Winch Bumper. Crafted from durable 10-gauge steel, this modular bumper is designed to tackle the toughest trails while maintaining full compatibility with your vehicle’s advanced safety and performance systems. The bumper utilizes frame-mounted ½” steel for the recovery points which are chamfered for use with soft shackles yet remain compatible with hard shackles.
Superior Design and Performance
The bumper features an innovative modular construction with a steel center section and wings with extensive gusseting. Its design prioritizes airflow, providing enhanced cooling for the intercoolers and radiator via air scoops that channel air directly where it’s needed. The Rigid Industries triple fog lights (sold separately) mirror the GX550’s headlights, and their open-frame design is also made to provide additional airflow to the intercoolers.
Retain Factory Functionality:
- Maintain the vehicle’s factory safety features, including parking sensors, cameras, radar systems, along with the active grill shutter.
- Designed to work with the factory skid plate from the Overtrail models, and our own skids which we plan to make for the platform.
- We do not recommend wiring the fogs to the factory switch, so you will lose the fog light cornering function.
Optional Illumination: Own the Night
We employ Rigid Industries SR-M SAE fog lights to match the triple optics of the vehicles headlights. Being SAE compliant makes these lights legal for on-road use. The center section of the bumper can support a 30” single row light bar which can be installed without having to remove the bumper.
User-Friendly Installation
The bumper requires no modifications to the GX550’s sheet metal or frame, preserving the active grille shutters and other essential factory components. While minor cutting of the factory plastics is necessary, the process is streamlined for ease of installation.
