Strengthen Your Tacoma’s Front End
The factory bumper sheet metal on 2005–2023 Toyota Tacomas is prone to bending under hard winch pulls, recovery situations, or front-end impacts. Our weld-on bumper reinforcement gusset kit dramatically increases rigidity and provides a strong foundation for off-road use.
Why Add Reinforcements?
- Triples mount thickness by overlaying 3/16” steel onto the factory mounts
- Adds a secondary gusset that ties the frame mounts into the core support mount for maximum strength
- Works as preventive maintenance, a repair solution for bent or torn mounts, or even as a base plate for custom tube bumper builds
Important Note
Some aftermarket frame support brackets may not be compatible with the added material thickness.
